MAIN FUNCTION
· Daily Product and Process Audit checks through all stages of manufacturing to routine schedules.
· Involved in ensuring parts are correct before being despatched to customers.
· Ensure that the manufacture of all products is carried out in accordance with the requirements of Plastic Omnium “Standard Operating Procedures” and its customer’s requirements.
· Liaising with the Quality Engineer and reporting findings for daily feedback to the manufacturing team.
KEY TASKS
· Ensure adherence to “Standard Operating Procedures” by all manufacturing staff.
· Auditing parts prepared and ready for despatch with manufacturing teams (Labelling & Quality).
· Interacting with manufacturing team leaders to ensure containments are being enforced and implement corrective actions if required to ensure process conformity.
Conduct process and product audits on all manufacturing areas.
Report any Non-Conformity issues to the management team daily via the performance review.
Trace performance of processes and identify areas where corrective actions are required.
Work with Quality and Manufacturing to help eliminate customer complaints through the POPS process.
Gather and analyse data as directed.
Assist in the enforcement of Quality and Customer standards to “Agency Workers” and “New” employees by supporting training activities in the manufacturing areas.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Good analytical & problem solving skills.

· Computer literate with an understanding of Excel and Word
· Understanding of auditing principles
· Confident when dealing with conflict
