Materials Process Engineer - Slatina

ROLE

The responsible will follow Semifinishing Production Process of normal production and new materials/compounds prototype phase to the entrance into production. Collaborates with Material department in RD BY Slatina of new trials and improvements that bring cost reduction process (e.g. quick-wins; ) . Responsible for validating new processes. Works closely with the following departments: Quality, Maintenance and Production.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

· Responsible for Quality Proccess Flow in Semifinisng Area of all materials;
· Organizes and follows Process Parameters for Motorsport materials;
· Evaluates tests results according to the objectives;
· Identifies new solutions, develops and improves processes;
· Organizes start-up activities for new machines in production;
· Provides technological support for Maintenance and Production departments.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

· University of Chemistry, Physics, Material Science or Mechanical Engineering
· 0-3 years of experience, ideally with and exposure to manufacturing/ procedure design
· Both results and process oriented
· Ability in thinking and ethics to easy slide between company and employees point of view
· Fairness and high ethics in approach and own behavior
· Independence with a ‘hand-on” initiative
