Position purpose

Execute Purchasing Process according to internal company procedures and Purchasing Sourcing Handbook.

Minimize Total Cost of Ownership by insuring best commercial conditions for the company, while respecting deadlines and time frame.

Provide timely reporting to his/her line managers.

Responsibilities job description

· Negotiate offers and Issue Purchase Orders
· Scouting for new suppliers
· Collect info for creating new suppliers
· Aggregation/reduction of suppliers
· Manage the relationship with internal customers
· Issue monthly reports
· Management of internal catalogues
· Reminder list for codified articles

Profile requirements

Education:

· University Degree

Competences :

Mandatory:

· Language: English (Fluent ), Italian (Fluent)
· IT: Proficient PC user with special regard to Microsoft Office suite

Desirable:

· Language:German is a plus
· IT: SAP Knowledge (MM Module)
