Main Activities:
The candidate, within Moto Business Unit, will be joining the Export Department team and will have the opportunity to learn in a dynamic, stimulating and fast growing environment.
Starting from day one, under his/her tutor supervision, the candidate will progressively get familiar with the Company and its business model and will be trained to increase his/her autonomy in the following activities to understand the competitive scenario:
• Business Development commercial projects (focus on Middle East, Africa and India)
• Weekly Operational Meeting Preparation
• Develop a collaborative approach with Key Account Managers (KAM) in each Region/Country on a daily basis
• Reports & Presentations for monthly meetings with other internal functions (Finance/P&C, Marketing, Supply Chain, etc.)
A can do approach and positive attitude in utilizing both Excel and PowerPoint is a must have, along with good relationships capabilities in order to work in a global, multicultural, dynamic and result oriented environment.
We are looking for someone who is willing to learn being proactive, flexible, sharp, and a team player.
Passion for motorbikes world is a plus.
Technical Requirements:
Proficiency in Italian and English.
Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially MS Excel.
Education:
Master Degree in Management Engineering or Economics

Position Scope
The person will ensure the local deployment and periodical update of the flow chart & FMEA & control plan for all processes. Continually collaboration with all involved departments in order to ensure the fulfillment of the requirements.
He/She will participate to the development of General Process Specifications for all the processes, aligning them with the HQ ones.
Responsabilities
• Preparing and updating process and quality documents (flow chart, FMEA, Control plan, General process specifications);
• Controls and periodic inspections of the process;
• Involvement/ participation in defined teams within various continuous improvement projects.
Requirements
Education: Faculty of Mechanical, Engineering and Technological Systems Management, Quality Management
Competences: Excel advanced user, analysis and attention to detail, teamwork, skill, accuracy, perseverance, using specialized terminology, communication and problem solving skills.
Experience: Newly graduates of Faculty/Master ; any experience in the field will be an advantage
Others: English & Romanian at a good level, Italian a plus, flexibility, dynamic and highly organized person
