We are currently looking for :
Position: Marketing Assistant | Full Time | Permanent Contract
As a Marketing Assistant, you will provide essential support to the marketing department and assist in various marketing and administrative tasks. Your role will involve coordination, communication, and execution of marketing activities to ensure smooth operations and successful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support:
o Provide administrative assistance to the Marketing Director and marketing team
o Prepare financial reports, analyses, and presentations
o Arrange meetings, business meals, and marketing events
o Manage internal forms and courier shipments of POS materials and products
o Answer phone calls regarding product information from customers
• Marketing Activities:
o Participate in annual marketing planning
o Assist in organizing cycle seminars
o Contribute to the design, production, and distribution of promotional materials
o Update monthly pricelists
o Assist in updating competition files, including prices and products
• Logistics Coordination:
o Communicate with headquarters for product updates
o Prepare forms for promotions, including product promotional packs, sample packs, and product labeling
o Prepare forms for new codes or changes for ERP system registration
o Monitor deliveries and coordinate timelines with the logistics department
o Communicate with suppliers to obtain offers for promotional and packaging materials
• Financial Management:
o Track marketing budget spending
o Manage and categorize suppliers' invoices into expense accounts
o Handle contracts with associates, influencers, brand ambassadors, and suppliers
o Register marketing expenses in the ERP system
• Collaboration with Medical and Sales Teams:
o Manage orders of products, samples, and POS materials
o Oversee doctors’ product orders
o Participate in the preparation and delivery of promotional materials for congresses
Who you are ?
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Experience with ERP systems is a plus
· Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
· English – spoken and written – advanced level
· At least 2 years’ experience in administrative/support position
