Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working for the HQ Nerlynx® unit within Pierre Fabre Oncology, you will contribute to make the launch of Nerlynx® a success, in the interest of breast cancer patients.
You will be in charge of analyzing and understanding the market as well as developing the product with the support of in-house teams from R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs and Market Access.

To this end, you will:
• Help develop global promotional tools to facilitate execution of our communication strategy when launching Nerlynx® (communication platforms, leaflets, graphic guidelines, promotional material, Q&A documents)
• Take part in the organization of international events and actively contribute to the creation of stands and promotional material made available on the stands (working in close collaboration with Events, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs and Market Access teams)
• Identify, map and develop a partnership with key external experts
• Contribute to the implementation of market studies on breast products and indications
• Prepare, together with the Marketing Development, sales forecasts to be shared with countries to challenge and align with our sales force
• Define and help achieve launch objectives as well as commercial objectives related to your product portfolio
• Help develop training tools for commercial team in the breast indication
• Ensure SOP and Corporate policy compliance for all your activities

Desired profile


• Holder of a university degree or equivalent in sciences, medicine or pharmacy and a specialized master's, MBA, or PhD in marketing degree, with a minimum 5-year experience working for the pharmaceutical industry in marketing.
• You have a thorough experience in marketing and international marketing, ideally launching a product at an international level
• A thorough understanding of the oncology ecosystem would be a strong asset for this position.
• Your English is fluent.
• You like working in a global company and enjoy interacting with other countries in a cross-functional mode.
• You are known for your strategic mind, empathetic communication, leadership, agility and dynamism. You also enjoy working in an autonomous and transversal mode while making the proper decision so as to succeed and carry out the projects under your responsibility
• Moreover, you are fully experienced in transversal project management and master desktop tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook)
