Internship in an hotel in Barcelona

Job description

Concretely after a formation period and in collaboration with your tutor you'll be able to:
Welcoming and inform the clients on the stay conditions: breakfast hours, Annex services, Wi-Fi, Particulars requests.
Manage the departures and the arrivals: Check-in/ check out
Actualize the information at clients disposal (brochures, catalogues, business cards)
Promote the proposed services by the hotel (Commercial dimension)
Manage the bookings: emails, phone calls, and use the specific software
Calculate and report the hotel bookings rates to the Yield Manager.

Desired profile

You speak a fluent English and you have a good Spanish level. You are available for 4 to 6 months. You have an internship agreement.
