Visual Interface/UX Designer

Job summary:
We are looking for a visual interface designer with experience in both enterprise and consumer software with experience working within an agile development approach. Though this experience, you've cracked the code on how to present and defend your design recommendations within a fast paced, technically-minded environment.

You will be open minded, believing that designers are not the only source of creativity as you embrace a multi-disciplinary process that is sensitive to user needs and human factors rigor.

You are also happy to dive into the challenges that come with a company in transformation and want to help accelerate that positive change. You are transparent and collaborative and believe that teaming up is the best way to solve complex problems.

Your responsibilities:

As an Interaction/visual interface designer you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to create and fine tune the interface designs of our software and applications primarily on a range of healthcare related connected sensing propositions. You will be a true hybrid designer, but if you had to choose, your super powers are in finely crafting the visual and behavioral aspects of our software experiences.

We are looking for:
• You have a 4-year degree in visual design, interaction design or related field
• You have 2+ years relevant experience
• You have a strong aesthetic and visual sensitivity

·  Working knowledge of mobile and web technologies and prototyping tools
·  Experience working within agile software development processes
·  Collaborative team player
·  Self-motivated, pro-active thinker
·  Proficiency in English
·  You are passionate about designing products to improve people's lives
