Job description

Your Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

·  Transporting goods with the aid of fork-lift trucks/pallet jacks, the daily maintenance of the fork-lift trucks, carrying out cycle counts
·  Ensure the physical and administrative tasks involved in receiving, inspection, storage and fulfillment of materials within assigned storage locations are completed accurately
·  Ensure bin locations are maintained and materials are labeled appropriately.
·  Perform audit shipments to assure quality and accuracy
·  Complete data entry and file records of received materials. Update and maintain training, inspection and compliance (ESD) records
·  Create, update, adhere to and enforce safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures
·  Work with internal customers and external suppliers as required, and communicate the needs of the workgroup
·  Seeks, in case of deviations, alternative solutions from a limited number of options
·  Ability to perform a variety of logistics related tasks as required.

Your Requirements :

·  High school Diploma or equivalent
·  Excellent attention to detail/accuracy
·  Strong analytical skills that can create graphical and visual data analytics that be used to drive improvement and increased communication
·  Strong ability to multitask in a high paced/ group environment
·  Must be able to prioritize multiple different needs that will change throughout the day
·  Proven self-starter and team leader
·  Must be able to function in a team environment
·  Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and up to 80 lbs. with a partner
·  Ability to work in a warehouse environment with +/- 50 degree temperature fluctuations (50 – 100 degrees depending on season)
·  Strong written and oral communication skills
·  Proven experience in using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and ERP systems.
·  Minimum 2 years forklift driving experience
·  Knowledge of UPS and FedEx software
·  Ability to work weekends and overtime as required
