Your challenge 

Philips challenges you as an eStore Marketing Manager to use your marketing and sales skills to create growth for our business and yourself. You are responsible for the executing E-commerce Strategy on Philips Healthcare Shop with guidance from Sales, Marketing and Digital teams. The primary goals are revenue growth and building stronger customer loyalty and you are able to bring the Philips Shop to the next level.

Your responsibilities 

As a eStore Marketing Manager you are responsible for:

·  Short- and long-term strategy execution and management of the Philips Shop
·  Optimize the daily sales (b2b customers) and realize the budgets, planning and targets
·  Optimizing and expanding the online marketing activities based on analyzes and business opportunities
·  Maximizing site traffic and conversion
·  Build a strong customer engagement strategy
·  Be the one point of contact for internal (sales, marketing, digital and  IT) and external stakeholders (B2B marketplaces, search-, affiliate- and marketing agencies)

Your team

The eStore Marketing Manager is part Philips North America Marketing Organization. You will be part of dynamic team and you will have close interaction with the Product Marketing teams, Field Marketing Managers, Digital Marketing Experts (Search, Social, etc), Data Analyst, Operations teams and IT.

We are looking for

·  Bachelors degree (MBA preferred)
·  Ability to approach topics both from an operational, tactical and strategic perspective
·  3-5 years’ experience in E-commerce with a proven track record in increasing business and implementation of online marketing strategy
·  High knowledge of web shop management, complex e-commerce processes, strategy and best practices
·  Experience in driving traffic and understanding of various digital buying models for B2B (including SEM, Affiliate, Partnerships, etc.)
·  Knowledge and experience with P&L responsibility is preferred
·  Excellent communication skills, able to convince others and a strong customer focus experience
·  Strong in internal and external stakeholder management
·  Fluent in English
·  Willingness to travel up to 10%
