Training will be provided from our head office in the City of London.

REMUNERATION

1. Up to £200/month lunch expenses (~£10/day) reimbursed during the duration of the placement/work experience

2. Performance based bonus at the end of the placement

3. Full training provided from our London Offices.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are offering work experience for students who have completed their course or are in a sandwich course to work with our client managers, team of over 1000 consultants (tutors) and clients (tutees/parents/organisations) at PhD Tutors. The role offers immense potential to learn and deliver.

DUTIES:

1. Recruiting and liaising with our consultants (tutors) for our clients (students and organisations)

2. Shortlist consultants (tutors) and conduct interviews - work on our recruitment drive (similar experience desirable but not mandatory- training will be provided)

3. Project management and project delivery

4. Maintain the company database and account management system

5. Answering phone calls

Desired profile

1. Completed or pursuing (taken a gap year) a UK Higher Education Degree or PG course in Business, Management, HR or allied fields (other fileds also accepted)

2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

SOFT SKILLS

1. Good communication skills

2. Effective interpersonal skills

3. Good telephone manners- due to the nature of this role, this is predominantly carried out over the phone

4. Results-oriented and target-driven

5. Can deliver under pressure and tight deadlines
