PGI are seeking a Marketing and Sales Administrator, to join our busy marketing and sales team.
This role will require strong administrative skills with knowledge of MS Office software and online marketing platforms such as social media, AdWords and e-mail marketing platforms.
You will need to be organised with outstanding attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data and client facing documentation and have a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
Excellent grammar skills are a must, as you will be regularly asked to create and proof-read content that will be distributed across our forward-facing channels, thus directly representing the brand of PGI.
We are looking for someone who is creative, not afraid to input into decisions and confident with handling responsibility and learning something new.
This is a role that will provide a wide range of tasks and duties and will be a great opportunity for anyone looking to gain experience and develop a career within a Marketing or Sales environment.
1) Marketing Team Support
Researching, posting and creating content for our digital marketing channels
Research into competitors and other marketing methods that can be included in PGI’s strategy
Helping with the logistics and coordination of events
Managing and cleaning data
Managing newsletters and blog content
Supporting the team during the production of videos, podcasts & webinars
Posting across our social media accounts
Creating blogs to be posted on our online portals and social media channels
A variety of marketing administration tasks
Supporting and managing other project work as carried out by the PGI marketing team
You will regularly monitor online portals to seek Opportunities that may be suitable for PGI to bid on. Liaise with the relevant department to discuss the Opportunity and see if it is of interest and where it is, provide the point of contact with all relevant documentation relating to the Opportunity.
2) Sales Team Support
Preparation of quotations and proposals
Management of sales process documentation – Purchase Orders, Scope of Works documents, Contracts etc
Setting up conference calls and sending meeting invitations
Completion of third party supplier forms
Liaising with the accounts team to request invoices are issued
Liaising with training delegates and supporting with booking courses
