Job description

Position summary:
Reporting to the Retail Sales Director, you will work as a Junior Key Accounts Administrator, alongside the Key Accounts Administrator and a team of National Account Managers. The role is responsible for providing administrative support to the National Accounts Team.
Key duties & responsibilities:
Prepare, analyse and process IDL brand promotional submissions for key national accounts
Preparation of credit requests and invoicing
Management of IDL Master Price file
Setting up all new product listings
CRM analysis and reporting
Assist National Accounts Team with ad hoc projects.
Education:
Master’s degree level (equivalent Bac+5) from a Business School or equivalent business faculty of a University.
Professional Experience:
Internships in other large multinational FMCG firms preferred
Languages and key competencies:
Fluent in English (mandatory), French would be a bonus
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communicator with ability to develop relationships
Ability to adapt to new / changing requirements
Highly motivated self-starter
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
Ethical qualities with respect for confidentiality
Advanced skills in Excel
Prior knowledge of SAP preferable
