Position Summary: Within Pernod Ricard Travel Retail Americas financial Department, you will assist the Sr Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in providing analytical support and leading some key deliverables in terms of financial analysis & Reporting.
Roles and responsibilities:
Business analysis and reporting:
· Participate to the monthly reporting for the Management Entity;
· Depending on the business needs, prepare ad-hoc financial analysis, reports and presentations in co-operation with the business analysis team members;
· Participate in the development of the budget & Latest Estimates;
· Update and reconcile Management reporting tools & Report monthly & planning information in HFM
· Support the development of new Tools/KPIs/Dashboards to drive efficiency improvements.
Projects:
· Assist Sr FP&A Manager on identified Group or internal projects
Qualifications/Requirements:
Education: Bac+5 / Business School (or Master’s degree equivalent)
Experience: A strong first experience within a financial department & IT systems knowledge (Hyperion preferred).
Languages: English
Systems: Excellent proficiency of Microsoft Office (specially Excel)
Behavioral Competencies:

- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint is key

- Prior knowledge of Hyperion Essbase preferable
