Travel Retail Pacific – reporting to Global Travel Retail
- is one of the eight travel retail business unit around the globe established by Pernod Ricard to manage the group’s business activities in the travel retail channel worldwide.
An exciting opportunity has become available for a driven and dynamic Junior Business Analyst to join Travel Retail Pacific, to further develop their commercial and financial expertise with the world’s most notable Wine and Spirit brands.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Junior Business Analyst will provide relevant, insightful and timely information to enable the understanding of key business drivers and improve decision making.
Key responsibilities include (however is not limited too):
· Providing support in the preparation of the Reporting, Budget, Latest Estimate, Plan and the communication of Travel Retail Pacific performance to the BU General Manager and to travel retail head office in London.
· Assisting in the development and maintenance of consistent financial processes and tools, the Junior Business Analyst will contribute to analyse the key drivers of business performance and improve decision making through the provision of relevant, insightful and timely information (to the BU Manager, Sales and Marketing team).
As the successful candidate, you will have:
- Master Degree Business/Commerce and in the disciplines of Accounting and/or Finance.
- International Mindset (studied or worked abroad)
- Fluent in English
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI).
- Strong attention to details and analytical skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a results orientated team.
- Confidence in both oral and written communication.
- At least one previous experience in Finance within FMCG or similar environment.
- CPA/CA certified is desirable but not essential.
