Position Summary:
This is a key support role for the domestic marketing team.
The Brand Activation Executive is responsible for delivering the customer and shopper marketing programs (trade and consumer activation) in conjunction with the Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Activation Execution
Input to the activation plan as part of the annual planning process in conjunction with the Marketing Manager and Brand Activation Manager.
Liaise with external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of activity and effective implementation through Field Sales
Collate the ‘Cycle’ execution plans for presentation to the sales teams
Assist with developing the required tools and collateral for field sales use
- such as: brand generic POS; merchandising solutions; portfolio tools, etc.
Digital and social media
In conjunction with the Marketing Manager provide community management support for brand sites/pages where relevant
Project Management and Review
Use systems to optimally deliver multiple projects on time and to business objectives
Assist across multiple projects within the PRNZ brand portfolio and coordinate timely delivery of assets and tools for each project
Manage and track activation A&P budgets
Analyze the success of each key program in conjunction with the relevant Manager and share as appropriate
External agency and supplier relationships
Effective management of external relationships in conjunction with Marketing Manager – creative agencies, GWP agencies, event companies etc. – reporting and job tracking
Maintain strong internal relationships with the sales and marketing team
Ensure all programs, activations, assets and visual materials are consistent with company Corporate Social Responsibility goals and comply with legal, statutory and regulatory requirements
Ensure familiarity with the relevant CSR and legal requirements and any changes to these on an ongoing basis
Proactively seeks guidance from Communications, CSR and Legal functions where required/if in doubt on an issue upfront in the program/asset development
Ensures appropriate review and sign-off processes are in place and minimum review/sign-off times for legal are adhered to at all times

Skills / Qualifications / Experience:
Master Degree
Tertiary qualification in business or marketing
International Mindset (studied or worked abroad)
Fluent in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office – in particular PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
High level of self-motivation, energy and a bias for action
Willingness to progress within a sales and marketing function
Ability to work autonomously
Well organized – can handle competing priorities and meet deadlines
Shows initiative
