Job Description

·  Develop and maintains an efficient and professional relationship with internal and external customers in order to optimize customer services;
·  Lead and motivate the team in order to ensure that all team members are achieving their daily KPI’s;
·  Ensure the team provides the levels of accuracy and attention to detail in order to deliver excellent customer service;
·  Ensure the team provides the highest level of verbal and written communication to our internal and external customer;
·  Provide the necessary feedback, training and development to the team in order to improve their accuracy, productivity, quality and overall results;
·  Work as a liaison between internal departments and external customers in order to provide correct delivery status;
·  Collaborate with other internal departments in order to ensure a fast resolution to customer complains;
·  Ensure that Trade Marketing Calendar is followed related to the DTS promotions, all promo SKU are available for sale following the allocated quantities and proper Budget Number;
·  Ensure an efficient tracking process over undelivered and returned products from assigned customers and propose solution and action plans to be implemented;
·  Proactively assisting implementing order processing improvements;
·  Ensure that the internal company policies, procedure, Code of Conduct and Values are well embedding in the department;
·  Coordinate in the implementation of projects with the customers by involving the right functions – setting the right agenda with the customers to enable efficiency improvements and drive cost reduction for PepsiCo, with direct impact in gross profit of the company;
·  Drive RTM improvement together with transport, warehousing and customers to enable reduction in complexity and cost reduction in logistics total cost;
·  Align the ways of working for both Bev and Food divisions to enable the efficiency gains;
·  Contribute to drafting the Customer Collaboration strategy;
·  Lift and shift best practices across the Customer Collaboration Function

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Qualifications: University studies
·  Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
·  Interpersonal skills and ability to lead and motivate subordinates;
·  Analytical thinking;
·  Advanced English knowledge.
