Job Description
Maintain DPP tool set ups
Collaborate with Site Operations leadership to align on the optimal near-term MPS that meets cross-functional objectives
Collaborate with the SP to resolve supply infeasibilities and identify prebuild opportunities
Ensure KPI's are met for Plan Accuracy, PSA
Develop the Detailed Line Schedule by shift to meet the demand while minimizing inventory and cost within established SLA’s
Facilitate a daily Scheduling meeting with cross-functional team to communicate the near-term MPS, resolve gaps and review performance - Daily / Weekly handshake
Ensure planning trade off decisions made are aligned with SP
Alignment of capacity calendars across JDA/DPP - with maintenance and downtime
Qualifications/Requirements
· University graduate
· Engineering background (Industrial engineer is preferred)
· Be able to communicate and report in English effectively
· At least 3-4 years experience in Production planning within a manufacturing environment
· Functional understanding of Supply Chain performance metrics and the drivers of fast moving consumer goods industry.
· A pro-active self-starter with an acute attention to detail and the ability to manage complexity
· Team player, with excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills to be able to build effective relationships
· Believing in customer satisfaction mentality and Ambitious with desire to progress and develop
· Effective time management and planning
· Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities
