The operating environment in which we do business is undergoing immense change, and it’s imperative that we transform in ways that enable us to meet the future needs of our customers and consumers.  A critical part of this strategy is to expand our portfolio and global footprint to enable the organization to realize new and diverse opportunities. However, given the global and local complexities, it is critical that as an organization we are highly strategic regarding our decisions and evaluate complex and divergent data points to ensure  we optimize our actions and course correct when necessary.

The need to think strategically and optimize on the divergent opportunities is even more relevant in the challenging economic and competitive environment of Mexico. This role will play a critical part in defining the growth strategy in one of our most pivotal global markets. She / he will be tasked with leading individual projects to evaluate both broad based strategic questions as well as addressing very specific and tactical realities. This individual will also need to work with the Mexico Strategy Director and Chieff of Staff of the CEO, to aggregate and elevate the individual projects and perspectives to define short- and long-term strategic plans for the OU and the region. Finally, this individual will be tasked with working with the broader global strategy network to advance the business agenda through partnerships in globally and locally relevant projects; this includes delivering the Mexico strategic processes like AOP, PGS, SDD and PMF of the Future.

 

Your Impact

 

As an  Strategy Analyst Mexico your responsibilities would consist of:

·  Support development and execution of the strategic planning process - making decisions and executing actions
·  Develop the strategic guideline for AOP & SDD processes for PMF and coordingate alineations with commercial and financial areas
·  Co-lead critical business projects to drive Mexico's strategy agenda, facilitating C-suite decision making - providing consultation
·  Guide strategy implementation along category and functional teams - executing actions
·  Act as a responsive partner, solving real-time issues or addressing opportunities that arise for the regional leadership - executing actions
Qualifications

Experience

·  1+ years of experience
·  Strong analytical skills, navigating ambiguity through structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving
·  Team management experience, driving solid work plans in partnership with multiple business areas
·  Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities, building \"executive ready\" deliverables
·  Thinks strategically and is able to codify the long term profitable growth plan for the organization
·  Operates efficiently and effectively in a matrixed environment and demonstrates effective collaboration across multiple layers
·  Shows a strong ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams
