Job Description

Net Revenue Management has been and will be the critical, sustainable topline & bottomline growth driver for PepsiCo Turkey.As part of PepsiCo Turkey NRM Organization, this role is responsible for co-designing and providing analytical support in driving long-term sustainable top line growth for the “Turkey Snacks Category” via optimization of trade spend, trade promotion and mix strategies. The role is also responsible for co-designing and providing analytical support for holistic 3-5 years Trade Spend, Trade Promotions and Mix strategies, seeing them through to execution via the operational planning cycles.

The main responsibilities of Turkey Snacks Net Revenue Management Supervisor will be:

·  Co-designing and providing analytical support in the Snacks Net Revenue Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in Trade Spend, Trade Promotions and Mix NRM levers, working closely with Snacks Category teams, BU Commercial teams and Sales/ Sales finance teams
·  Provide analytical support in definining category Strategic Plan Revenue Algorithm defining the 3-5 year Trade Spend, Trade Promotions and Mix strategy that is fully integrated with commercial levers
·  Define strategy and dealing guidelines across all D&A spend; including but not limited to Trade Promotions and CDA; to drive pay for performance
·  Make sure that Trade Spend, Trade Promotions and Mix address internal, consumer, customer and competitor objectives
·  Work with Marketing teams to agree Trade Spend, Trade Promotions and Mix for new product launches
·  Provide analytical support to Trade Spend, Trade Promotions and Mix agenda for “Quarterly RM Council”; ie; step back review of in market and commercial performance (audience: Executive Commercial members, CFO, Sales Leadership, Marketing)
·  Lead deep-dives to fully understand and address performance issues (by product/ account)
·  Suport NRM capability agenda within the finance and commercial functions
·  Define course-correcting actions from bespoke projects / performance deep-dives

Qualifications/Requirements

·  5+ years CPG experience with at least 2 years Revenue Management experience, preferably including both Strategy & Execution and covering each discipline (Pack/Price/Promotions/Trade Terms/Mix)
·  Deep analytical expertise, financial / P&L competency, consumer research experience, Conjoint experience, elasticity measurement techniques
·  Insights & agency experience across both Shopper & Consumer
·  Experience with big data techniques desired, but not essential
·  Ability to articulate complex concepts in clear, simple & logical terms & build compelling presentations & professional communications
·  Strategic thinking skills – ability to review complex data, pulling out key insights & translating into high level storylines & concise practical plans for execution
·  Strong commercial and analytical ability
·  Excellent command of English
·  Excellent knowledge of MS Office
