Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The SAP Data Services Senior Support Analyst will be responsible for timely delivery of high quality reliable cost- effective interations solutions for the PepsiCo template and subsequent enterprise solutions SAP projects. This involves providing 24x7 support for integration technologies including SAP DS and SAP CI DS. In addition, the SAP DS support analyst will be responsible for coding break fixes enhancements, new interfaces based on business requirements.
Furthermore the Senior Support Analyst will be responsible to conduct design and QA reviews for the interfaces by our vendor partners to ensure strict adherence to PepsiCo global development standards.
Your Impact.
As SAP Data Services Support Senior Analyst your scope would consist of:
· Provide 24x7 support for integration technologies including SAP DS and SAP CI DS
· Drive design and development initiatives for SAP and SAP CI DS interfaces
· Accountable for quaility assurance of code/ technique design reviews for junior developers
· Provide application debugging support and code for identified issues and builds for optimal quality
· Works with customers and IT partners globally to identify and resolve application issues, escalating and required
· Partner closely with external vendors, including on-shore and off-shore resources
· Provides Technical cut-over, Go-Live and support
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Education:
· Bachelor´s degree required in information technologies and other technically focused field.
Experience
· 5-8 years of SAP DS and CI DS experience (5+ of hand on experience with SAP DS and 2+ years of experience with CI DS, interfacing with SAP).
· Proficient at application level as well as data level integration using XLM, Data mapping & transformation tools.
· Full lifecycle experience surrounding intefaces development- Requirements, design, data mapping transformations, development, testing, deployment production support.
· Provide functional and technical leadership on internal development work throighout the lifecycle including deployment production support
· Strong experience with Web Service development SOA
· Exposure to the latest HANA Integration tools like SQL and SDI a big plus
· Knowledge of XSLT is a plus.
Tech skills:
· SAP DS and SAP CI DS
Non- tech skills:
· Excellent written and oral communication skills are must
· Available off hours, periodically, to support planned maintenance windows and crisis resolution
· Strong team- player with proven experience and willingness to take ownership of a topic and success bring it to completion, with strong leadership, with a pragmatic approach during emergency situations
· Self motivation
