Responsibilities
The Opportunity
Responsible for the successful delivery of sophisticated Salesforce solutions for our customers. These technologies include, but are not necessarily limited to Salesforce products, APIs, Lightning Experience & Component development, Apex/Visualforce, mobile development technologies, and integration middleware/ETL technologies.
Support team for the region in the activation of mkt strategies, provides collaboration to the CDP team, information analysis and any other team related to the business.
Your Impact
As Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant your responsibilities would consist of:
· Manage the different Marketing Cloud Salesforce features including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Mobile Studio, Personalization, Audience Builder, Einstein.
· Responsible for the strategy, planning and execution of outbound marketing campaigns for different business units.
· Implement data-driven personalization strategies to improve the relevance of customer communications.
Qualifications
Main Requirements:
· At least 2 years of experience in Sales Force Marketing Cloud is a must
· Deep knowledge and experience using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Mobile Studio, Personalization, Audience Builder and Einstein
· Must be fluent in English, written and verbal skills.
· Desirable be fluent in Portuguese, written and verbal skills
·
Hybrid style position (3 days per week at the office).
