Overview

Determined Contract - Maternity Cover

·  Support the Snacks and Trade Revenue Manager in delivering the holistic revenue management to grow the profitability behind our Snacks Business and Trade investment:
·  Supports the development of integrated company Trade Spend Strategy to assure delivery of strategic Revenue and Profit plans
·  Supports the development of integrated company Snacks Management revenue strategy to deliver the Revenue and Profit plans
Responsibilities

Helps the Pack Price projects for Snacks :

·  Provides financial data to help the the development of Pack Price Strategy
·  Analyze Market Data to help the insights generation to feed in the right pricing plans.
·  Supports the manager in meetings with Sales and Marketing teams with the right data needed
·  Develops presentation to serve as support in driving the Revenue Management agenda

 

Supports pricing monitoring, monthly pricing reporting (internal, AC Nielsen) and post evaluation for implemented pack price projects.

·  Creates monthly pricing reports based on available data (Nielsen, Bemyeye) for Pepsico Brands and key competitios
·  Drive initial conclusions on key interventions needed
·  Analyze volume response/ other elasticities methologies to help understanding the results of pricing strategy in the market
·  Support capability build in the Revenue Management team and other ad-hoc projects

 

Supports Mix strategy for Snacks via:

·  Analyze internal and external data to help the identification of key trends and opportunities to accelerate Mix
·  Creates and updates monthly traking for key Mix Initiative tracking
·  Proposes some key interventions needed

 

Helps trade spend optimsation via new promotional process

·  Analyse internal and external data to understand the most efficient and innefieicent types of promos
·  Helps with data prepapration for BEV and SNK in terms of D&A spent (segmentation, inter-channel correlation, KPI), correlated to the Pack Price strategy for each brand/ channel)
Qualifications

·  2-3 years commercial & analytics experience, preferably in FMCG
·  Strong strategic analytical skills – ability to review complex, ambiguous/incomplete data, pulling out key insights
·  Intellectual curiosity and ability to search out facts without prior process/guidance
·  Commercial instinct to understand key business drivers & identify value creation opportunities
·  Action focused – able to understand the issues and work with Sales to align on course corrective action
·  Ability to visually present analysis, key insights, facts & figures in a compelling way; tailor content to audience
·  Fluent English speaker
·  Serve as a subject matter expert
·  Strong problem-solving attitude with a record of finding feasible solutions to complex problems, especially in an environment with incomplete information and tight timelines
·  Easiness in working with data
·  Proactive approach
