Overview
The PFNA Performance Pay (Enabling Functions) Delivery Lead will be responsible for the overall support of the ICM Pepsico Foods North America legacy system, with strong understanding of the data integration footprint with both upstream/downstream dependencies. These dependencies include a subset of applications encompassing Frontline Sales,SAP ERP, Master Data, Payroll and others. This assignment will focus in guaranteeing the ICM E2E solution works as required by the overall Frontline Sales payroll process and it may also include delivering enhancements to the ICM application itself as well as further refactoring/remediation while the SAP Global Template solution continues national rollout.
The role will be a PepsiCo technical expert for the ICM data integration solution under the new PepsiCo SAP Global template solution for FLUS. In addition, this role will collaborate closely with other IT and Business teams to coordinate any work outside of PepsiCo SAP Global Template to ensure alignment and integration of all implicated data structures.
The role will have extensive day-to-day engagement with the ICM business owners and, possibly, also external vendors (OpenSymetry, Varicent)
Responsibilities
· Own all aspects relative to technical support and problem resolution of the ICM solution inclusive of upstream/downstream system dependencies.
· Partner with ICM business team to deliver seamless performance pay information to the downstream PFNA payroll process.
· Collaborate with various teams and process Leads to identify RCA for problems encountered. Orchestrate solution delivery with utmost priority.
· Support decision-making for technical and functional topics as they relate to enhancements to the ICM solution.
· Participate in key baseline support and new development activities (ceremonies) including PI, sprint review, retrospectives, etc.
· Function as the principal technology advisor to the Business and a champion for identifying, leading and driving information technology simplification as it relates to the ICM solution.

Compensation and Benefits:
· The expected compensation range for this position is between $98,700 - $165,150 based on a full-time schedule.
· Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
· Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
· Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
· 5+ years of project management experience
· 2+ years of experience relative to data analysis, data integration, dBase query
· Experience in the Varicent ICM /other Sales Performance Management tools preferred
· Experienced in the CPG industry preferred
Mandatory technical Skills
· Bachelor’s degree with solid experience in data query/validation/manipulation techniques is required.
· 5+ years of experience delivering and developing business critical applications impacting considerable number of users (15,000+)
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
· Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SQL, SAP S4, Quality Center
· Technical and functional expertise across Data Domains including route, Frontline Sales, customer, products, ordering and pricing are preferred.
· Experience in CPG industry preferred.
· Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
· Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements.
· Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences.
· Proficient in written & spoken English
Mandatory Non-Technical Skills
· High Emotional IQ, adaptability and flexibility including ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change are required.
· Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment covering a wide spectrum across various teams including both legacy and PGT-based solutions.
· Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
· Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
Additional Technical skills:
· Experience with Software as a Service applications and managing related 3rd party vendor relationships.
· Understanding of highly integrated applications.
· Experience partnering with technical teams to address integration issues.
Differentiating Competencies
· Performance Pay is a business-critical solution impacting the 18,000+ frontline sales associates at PFNA. The output of the ICM solution is used to generate the weekly paycheck to this substantial number of users; as a result, any problem and/or data inconsistency can have severe consequences. This role demands the ability to remain composed under pressure to understand the root of a potential problem, align on the resolution/deployment of a solution while always maintaining all team members focused on solving issues with top priority.
· The operational mind-set for this role is one where a single incorrect paycheck is one too many.
· Due to its nature, the ICM solution is high visibility across all levels of the PFNA organization. Besides the technical background needed to quickly learn the overall integration, high emotional IQ is a key requirement to be successful in this role.
