Job description

Overview

The PepsiCo Global Template Analytics DevSecOps Assistant Analyst will be responsible for the development and support of reporting and analytics solutions. The role will ensure that the incidents are resolved, and the SLAs are met and the development of new analytics to support PepsiCo business globally.

 

Responsibilities

The role is expected design and build quality solutions in a stable environment consisting of Enterprise HANA, S/4, SLT, BODS, CPI-DS, Fiori App, SAC Dashboard, Business Objects (Web Intelligence, AFO)

Maintain the Analytics catalog documentation of PGT analytical content such as Report master list, and knowledge transfer decks. Partner with solution functional leads and business experts to identify standard KPIs in Global Template. Activate and demo the standard KPIs to Business

 

Support and manage the batch schedules using Control M and other scheduling tools to make sure that data is available to the users in a timely manner.

Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s degree required
·  4+ years of combined hands-on experience on S4HANA, Embedded Analytics, eHANA, SAP Business Objects and SAP Analytics Cloud
·  Expertise in S4HANA reporting artifacts such as CDS views, Fiori Apps, Eclipse Studio will be a plus
·  Expertise in Enterprise HANA artifacts such as XSA, HANA Studio, Calc Views in XSA WebIDE
·  At least 2 full lifecycle project deployments in SAP S4HANA, EHANA, BOBJ and SAC
·  Good coding skills in either of these: SAP-ABAP, SQL, Java script
·  Exposure to integration architecture patterns to send data from SAP to Non-SAP systems
·  Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
·  Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
·  Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP SolMan 7+ , MS Azure Dev Ops, MS Project, Service Now
·  Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences
·  At least 3 years of knowledge and experience in Order to Cash (OTC), Make to Deploy(MTD) and/or Record to Report (RTR) functional areas    
·  Adaptability and flexibility including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change
·  Exposure/Experience in SaFe methodology
