Job Description

The Integration lead will be part of Technology DevOps team within ISCP program working on Agile methodology
The Integration lead will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality integration solutions (such as SAP Process Orchestration, SAP BODS, JDA and local markets) for the Prolink 2.0 and VMI projects. This role will coordinate the project activities closely with the middleware, SAP funtional, development team and local markets to ensure timely delivery of Interfaces. In addition, the Integration lead will need to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements for interfaces between various SAP and non-SAP applications. The lead will be expected to perform design and QA reviews for all interfaces delivered by the development team and ensure strict adherence to the Global WRICEF development process.

Accountabilities:

· 
Develop project plan to deliver Interface solutions for the markets.

· 
Define Prolink2&VMI integration approach and architecture

· 
Coordinate sub technical teams' dependencies and drive complex cross-functional issues resolution (SAP Functional, ABAP, Middleware)

· 
Actively engage with Local BIS and local Business to ensure timely completion of Local work, gap identification and resolution

· 
Define SAP landscape, SAP development approach and release strategy (regression testing, transport paths, WOWs)

· 
Coordinate and manage Interface-related issues during Unit testing and Integration testing phases of the project

· 
Assist development team with design of complex Interface objects as needed

· 
Organize and lead POCs to demonstrate new and upcoming technologies to the Integration team

· 
Provide clear and timely communication on technical team progress or escalated risks/issue at all level of the organization, translating complex technical topics / issues to non technical partners / stakeholders

· 
Support test execution from a technical standpoint, by ensuring test phase readiness, defect resolution and closure

· 
Own the Technical Cutover plan: Coordinating the plan build with the different teams, manage readiness, tracking progress and close

· 
Support Transition to sustain, Business Cutover and Hypercare

Qualifications/Requirements

· 
Bachelor’s degree required

· 
Minimum of 10 years of related IT work experience, including experience managing teams (2+ years) and large scale technical projects

· 
8+ years of SAP experience with cross-functional knowledge in Application Development, Middleware(PO,PI, BODS) , S/4 & HANA experience a plus

· 
Experience in Supply Chain solution preferred

· 
Provide functional and technical leadership on interface development work throughout the lifecycle, including post-deployment production support

· 
Proficient in written & spoken English

· 
Knowledge of integration points between business processes

· 
Solves highly complex problems within their work team

· 
Provides outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customers

· 
Ability to manage budget

· 
Strong people management skills, ability to influence and bring others with him/her.

· 
Knowledge and experience in following tools, disciplines and processes are preferred: SAP Solution Manager, SAP ChaRM, ITIL tools & processes, Azure DevOps, SNOW, HP Service Manager, quality management tools, project implementation and production support experience
