We are recruiting an Inhouse Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Little Island Cork on a maternity cover contract initially (estimated up to 9 months).

We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo’s mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. We are at the heart of PepsiCo products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands. In this role you will be responsible for partnering with Hiring Managers and HR to deliver an outstanding recruitment service for all internal and external campus (internships and graduates) and frontline (manufacturing and operator) recruitment activities for PGCS Ireland. In non-peak season, you will also take initiative to lead other projects and also recruit for other departments & functions as required.

Primarily Accountabilities are listed but not limited to the following:

·  Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to deliver a best in class recruitment service for all internal and external campus and frontline requirements to include writing engaging adverts, advertising strategically, conducting thorough Hiring manager and candidate briefings/screenings etc.
·  Be very comfortable with assessing and probing candidates while also advising internal teams on how to conduct same.
·  Direct sourcing candidates using a multiple array of tools, also needing to bring their own perspective and ideas to same.
·  Connect with ESSA Campus COE to ensure activity is aligned, ensure global joined up approach and contacts are leveraged.
·  Ensure Frontline process is aligned to global best practise.
·  Support the business to build & maintain meaningful relationships with universities and educational institutions, bring a fresh perspective to this.
·  Develop and clearly articulate recruitment strategies for each individual requirement clarity
·  Effectively articulate PepsiCo’s EVP to all candidates.
·  Deliver a best in class candidate experience to all that includes informing candidates of PepsiCo's recruiting and on boarding process
·  Partner with Talent Acquisition Coordinators to effectively execute a timely recruitment process including posting open positions, scheduling interviews, and generating offer letters
·  Support the TA Manager with PSL management for Manufacturing as well as any other initiatives or projects relating to this areas
·  Adhere to TA processes and best practice system use (Kenexa, LinkedIn Recruiter) at all times.

Qualifications/Requirements

Essential Skills:

·  In-house recruitment experience in a resourcing specialist role (could be with an RPO), preferably in the relevant functional area.
·  Experience with recruiting in a volume hiring setting to include direct souring ideally for candidates up to mid-level would be beneficial.
·  Demonstrated Interviewing and assessment expertise up to mid level candidates ideally (up to L5/L6)
·  Proven experience in managing and running multiple campaigns in a similar end to end recruitment process encompassing candidate and stakeholder management and ensuring attention to detail and accuracy at all times.
·  Evidence of direct sourcing, including use of multiple channels and methods, e.g. cutting edge social media tools, video interview technology etc as well as a candidate with a passion to develop within a Talent Acquisition team is highly desirable.
·  A proactive thinker that enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic and sometimes challenging working environment where stakeholder management and service delivery is at the core of all you do.
·  Inhouse sourcing experience and/or a recruitment qualification would be highly advantageous and preferred however not essential.
