Responsibilities

THE OPPORTUNITY

·  Plans, organizes and manages the actions of the clients under its responsibility, developing tactical plans to achieve and / or exceed the objectives established by the Company, respecting the commercial policy and maintaining the sustainable growth of its Business Division;
·  Ensure the development of the human resources under its responsibility;
·  Be guardian and act based on values, principles and code of conduct and foster an environment of integrity in your team.

 

 

YOUR IMPACT  

·  Responsible for leading the sales and operation strategy of the DTS channel in the region he/she is responsible for;
·  Responsible for reaching the AOP and related goals such as volume, net revenue, contribution margin, market share, numerical distribution target, Exchanges, Positivation, Visits Frequency, S&D Cost, D&A and NOPBT for DTS channel in the region that is responsible;
·  Responsible for aligning and influencing the multifunctional areas of the PDB (DX, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, HR) in order to provide a high level of customer service;
·  Conduct a traditional channel to increase numerical distribution at an appropriate cost of sales and distribution;
·  Responsible for delivering the annual strategic sales plan for the Region;
·  Lead a regional team to develop business relationships with key customers through business plans to improve market share gains;
·  Analyze sales results and their causes with adjustments to business plans and take appropriate corrective actions.
Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

·  Key Skills: Complete college degree in Marketing, Administration, Economics or related areas;
·  Postgraduate and / or MBA in related areas;
·  Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point);
·  CNH category B;
·  Desirable advanced English and Spanish;
·  Preferably in consumer goods / food companies, acting as a direct and / or indirect team manager. Experience in the Direct Selling and Traditional Trade channel (bakery, bar, cafeteria, etc.) will be different.
