Job Description

AS FP&A Analyst you will be responsible for supporting robust FP&A processes across Europe mainly for Opex management, PSP strategic planning, Smart Spend initiative. On a daily basis you will use financial system and technologies. Additionally, you will also collaborate with key stakeholders and support decision making by the preparation of insightful reporting and analysis.

Initial responsibilities in this role are focused on the knowledge capture. It will take up to several months to transition the know-how into our Krakow center, until the actual delivery will start. In that time, you will have a direct exposure to the business unit or sector processes focusing on those that you will become responsible for ; you will cooperate closely with key stakeholders to shape the service model; and we encourage you to identify, design, and document improvement solutions. On top of that, you will build business relationships, and pioneer the new way of working at our Krakow center.

Main accountabilities:
·  Strategic planning support with assumptions proposal and scenarios build-ups
·  Opex analysis for all P&L lines across Europe
·  Quarterly/AOP investment tracking
·  Smart Spend/Opex benchmarking initiative support
·  Channel Reporting for selected key markets and customers
·  Cockpit FP&A dashboards (Tableau) - support in design & checks with inhouse developing team + promoting using dashboards to all stakeholders
·  Productivity reporting, aligning and tracking for major projects and initiatives liase with Supply Chain finance
·  Liaising with key stakeholders across Europe (including C-suit level)

Qualifications/Requirements

·  At least 3-5 years of working experience in FP&A
·  University degree required (Economics, Finance or Business Administration)
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint with the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications
·  Fluency in English
·  Ease at working with stakeholders at different levels within the organization - strong communication skills
·  Eagerness to learn financial systems and technologies
