Job Description

As Finance Planning Lead you will manage all Finance Planning activities within our Kraków Business Services. This includes all aspects of Financial Planning such as: Sales Finance, Opex Management and FP&A.
This Role will be responsible for setting up (e.g. critical role hiring, defining team structure and budgets) Finance Planning team and also for ensuring quality of output delivered from our Centre.

Main Accountabilities:

Lead the transformation of Financial Planning from the Finance team to the KBS
·  Ensure smooth transition of all relevant activities from Finance to our KBS Manage Relationship
·  Manage the relationship with CFO and Finance Managers to ensure smooth transition and then ongoing support Manage Core Sales Finance Processes
·  Lead all aspects of the planning and forecasting processes for Revenue and D&A. Ensure the processes are built in to meet the Business requirements on timing, granularity and content. Work closely with FP&A and BU CFOs/Finance Managers to ensure all planning processes are aligned.
·  Align reporting requirements with the Retained organization and ensure these reports are then issued on a timely and accurate basis
·  Manage the process for approving actual CDA payments to customers Manage Core FP&A Activities
·  Optimize and lead the core business planning processes for European region, including Strategic Plan, AOPs and Forecasts with the purpose of maximizing the business’s ability to sustain profitable growth
·  Build and develop sustainable planning tools to enhance forecasting efficiency and depth of analysis of forecasts
·  Manage planning calendar and timely submission of consolidated data in HFM
·  Act as a principal interface for submission-related explanations to Sector FP&A
·  Review A&M budget (tracking) and calculate A&M curve Manage Opex and C&B Planning
·  Manage all core planning processes relating to the reporting and planning/forecast of SG&A and C&B costs. Ensure Audit Compliance
·  Ensure full compliance with all internal controls relating to processes under the control of the manager and their team Develop Talent
·  Build the full team to ensure HC gaps do not cause delays to transition or process failures post transition
·  Foster a positive working environment and promote PepsiCo values throughout the team.

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Higher Education - obligatory, Finance Qualification (CPA, CIMA, ACCA) - desirable
·  Advanced English
·  4-6 years working experience in Finance
·  Minimum 1 year experience in key finance management roles
·  Strong Analytical, Interpersonal and Communication skills
·  Attention to detail
·  Working in remote environment.
