Overview
The Associate Manager, Order-To-Cash Pricing will support the subprocess team for Pricing and Condition Contract Management (CCM) for PQGC PGT deployment.
This role is expected to support the development of the agenda in the planning and execution of various project phases (design, build, test), collaborating with other project value streams and business SME’s to navigate through project work.
In addition, the role is expected to review and analyze pricing and rebates data to assist with the project work to enable common pricing processes, data, reporting and analytics and support the delivery of S/4 HANA solution across PQGC.
This role will work closely across the organization with the larger PQGC PGT project team, baseline business teams, IT organization, and with the various external partners on the project.
Percent Travel up to 25%
Responsibilities
· Define and agree milestones and KPI’s for project work stream in line with program goals
· Facilitate appropriate input from SME’s to fully define the current and future business requirements. Clearly map out the “as is” and the “to be” state
· Conduct interviews and requirements workshops with cross-functional teams to gather understanding of business needs
· Work with team to identify and deliver master data and reporting requirements related to the OTC workstream
· Carry out change impact assessments for areas of responsibility
· Identify and manage stakeholders related to workstream
· At all phases, partner with IT team and Global PGT to ensure planned solutions meeting business needs
· Identify risks, mitigation actions and opportunities
· Drive business benefits enablement, continuous improvement in key process areas and ongoing KPI management
· Work within Project financial budgets
· Support super user activity including UAT (user acceptance testing)
· Support adoption and change management, as well as develop and deliver end-user training
· Provide post-go-live support
Compensation and Benefits
· The expected compensation range for this position is between $81,000 - $135,600 based on a full-time schedule.
· Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
· Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
· Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

· Ability to visualize new business processes across PQGC

· Comfortable with ambiguity and understands how to make tradeoff decisions to achieve both project and business objectives
