Overview

This role supports the sustainment and delivery of Inventory Management and the Warehouse Management capability of the PepsiCo Global Template (PGT) built through SAP S4 concepts. Objectives of the role are to ensure that the Global Template supports the execution of business processes related to the warehousing activity as the solution is deployed in the scoped countries. The immediate focus will be set in the successful sustainment and delivery of the PBNA solution. This role will adopt and adhere to Agile principles for the Global Template project.

Inventory Management and Production Execution comprise the following processes:
- Production Master Data (ex. Material, Bills of Material, Recipes, Production Resource and Version)
- Production Integration — Raw Material/Packaging Consumption and Receipt in Warehouse
- Make-to-Stock Production — Process Industry
- Rework Processing (Stock-Manufactured Material)
- Rework Processing (Work-in-Process)
Warehouse Operations comprises the following processes:
- EWM - Outbound Processing to Customer
- EWM - Yard Management
- EWM - Outbound Processing to Customer
- EWM - Core Inventory Management
- EWM - Customer Returns
- EWM - Empties and Returnable Packaging
- EWM - Inbound Processing from Supplier
- EWM - Internal Warehouse Processes
- EWM - Physical Inventory (Including Cycle Counts)
- EWM - Replenishment in Warehouse
- EWM - Scrapping in Warehouse
- EWM - Supplier Returns
- EWM - Warehouse Cross-Docking
- EWM - Warehouse Exception Processing
- EWM - Warehouse Material Movements to Staging and from Production
- And related Master Data as applicable

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Make To Deploy IM/PP, Warehouse Operation Global Process and Solution Design Leads to sustain and deliver the end-to-end solution - Accountable
• Support decision-making for IM/PP, Warehousing localization functionality - Accountable
• Ensure PepsiCo Corporate IM/PP, Warehousing policies reflected in the PGT are implemented to standard with appropriate localization – Consult / Execute
• Actively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification and standardization capabilities – Consult / Execute
• Ensure PGT lift and shift opportunities are deployed across the sectors – Consult / Execute
• Collaborate with all scrum teams to implement and deploy the end-to-end Global ERP solution leveraging agile methodology – Consult / Execute
• Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and sufficient product backlog for the teams to work against – Consult / Execute
• Participate in key Sprint planning, retrospectives and other key ceremonies – Consult / Execute
• Along with scrum team identify, monitor and implement key agreed-upon improvements - Consult / Execute

Qualifications

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

• 6-8 years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP with a focus Inventory and Warehouse Management.
• 3+ years of SAP S4 experience preferred.

MANDATORY TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred.
• 6-8 years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP with a focus Inventory and Warehouse Management.
• 3+ years of SAP S4 experience preferred.
• Knowledge in other areas of Make To Deploy desirable – including Quality Management
• Record of success in deploying a SAP Warehousing solution (WM, eWM) as a global capability
• Complete understanding of the E2E process triggering warehouse activities (integration with Procurement, Production, Quality and Sales & Distribution)
• Proven experience in the governance of a global ERP template
• Deep understanding of project test phases and testing automation tools
• Knowledge of the master data objects on the warehousing domain and the data migration processes and tools
• Fully aware of the SAP security design implications through global roles. Familiar to the GRC best practices in large corporations as PepsiCo
• Dispatches standard SAP quality issues with OSS (Online SAP Services) and follows up the required break fixes
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization

MANDATORY NON-TECHNICAL SKILS

• Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
• Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP SolMan 7+, MS Azure DevOps, Quality Center and MS Project
• Solves highly complex problems within their work team
• Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences
• Adaptability and flexibility including ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change
• Consulting background, ITIL and /or APICS certifications are a plus
