Job Description

Here at PepsiCo, we’re looking for a talented individual to manage a team of Pre-sellers to drive performance growth across the region. The supervisor will also be responsible for recruitment, onboarding and performance management of the Pre-seller team and ensuring the right amount of resource is provided to enable complete fulfilment within their territory from the Delivery Drivers provided by a 3rd party provided.

Pre-seller are responsible for visiting 25 calls per day securing customer orders and upselling incremental listings to be passed to delivery team for fulfilment. Whereas the delivery drivers are responsible for completing the deliveries to customers correctly accounting for the sale in the system and managing cash handling and banking procedures. It is the responsibility of the Pre-Seller Supervisor to be accountable for the end to end process in their territory – sale through to banking.


Key Accountabilities:  

· 
Develop the team to deliver their individual sold revenue vs sales targets across core sales and promotional execution ensuring a total region delivery to plan

· 
Ensure delivery of core job standards across compliance, coverage and core business processes by all members within the team and swiftly manage non-delivery against these

· 
Maintain and grow the number of stores in the call file across the total region to ensure it is delivering vs plan

· 
Drive capability within the team across the ‘Selling for Success’ matrix and ensure regular WW coaching with all Pre-sellers in region

· 
Ensure issues are handling effectively and efficiently to maximise sales revenue within the region across the delivery team

· 
Ensure correct level of resource is provided from 3rd party drivers to ensure complete fulfilment

· 
Recruitment for Pre-seller ensuring thorough process is completed to ensure minimal turnover within probation period.,

· 
Maintain local depot relationships for depots within region

· 
Ensure compliance with core critical control processes especially in relation to cash handling, banking and stock management

Qualifications/Requirements
