PayFit simplifies payroll management and HR processes for SMBs. We have built a fast, intuitive and automated SaaS solution to help business owners and HR professionals save time and money allowing them to refocus and what really matters: their employees. Through PayFit, employees have a dedicated access for their payslips and are able to manage efficiently their leave and expense requests. To build such a solution, we have created our own programming language: JetLang. Thanks to JetLang we were able to code Labour Code and collective agreements, and today we continue to add newfeatures.We have set ourselves a mission to support the digital transformation of HR management through our ever growing range of product features and services. We have a strong presence in France since 2015 and have been quickly growing in Germany, Spain, UK and more recently Italy. More than 5000 companies such as Station F, Biocoop or Bagel Corner to name a few already trust us. Over 500 PayFiters have already joined the adventure and we have raised 95M€ to keep growing.
Your role: convince Franchisors and franchisees that PayFit is the best payroll / HRIS solution on the market! 💡
You will have to convince franchisors to sign framework agreements with PayFit, for the benefit of their franchisees. And you will also interact directly with franchisees or multi-franchisees, to show them that PayFit is the best solution on the market to support them on a daily basis in their payroll and HR management. You will work with a Franchise project lead, and be 100% focused on new business.
Your missions 🌟
- Identify the strategic / best franchises networks for PayFit,
- Identify the right contacts within the heads of networks, build a network in this direction,
- Sign some strategic framework agreements in 2021,
- Participate in events dedicated to franchises,
-Run demos booked by SDR,
- Build business proposals and negotiate,
- Manage a substantial pipe of prospects and convert them into happy customers,
- Become a Payfit specialist and gather feedbacks to improve our product,
- Contribute to the sales team's cohesion and performance,
- Evolve in a performance-driven yet friendly atmosphere.

-you have 3+ years experience as a Sales in the franchise industry,
- you enjoy hunting, finding contacts and building relationships,
-adaptability and listening skills,• you like to work in a goal-oriented and customer-centric environment,
-phone skills & enthusiasm,• keen interest in tech industry,
-strong deal ownership (activity, action plan, forecast),
-ability to engage in complex conversations with C-Level contacts (CEO, CFO, HR Director),
-you have a strong willingness to learn and high coachability.
