Do you want to contribute proactively to our Client Support and/or Operations department, making decisions and implementing them? If so, this internship opportunity in Pass the Keys is for you!

About us:
Pass The Keys is a new venture that revolutionizes the UK short-let market. We help Airbnb, Booking.com and HomeAway hosts share their homes and provide a great concierge-level service to the guests. We are a fast-paced and growing company based in Moorgate. You, therefore, will be able to be right where the actions are, and get involved in the incredible journey of growing a business! Duration of internship: 3-6 months

Type of internship:
Full-time - a minimum of 3 days per week with flexible working hours
You will work with the Operations and Client Support teams.

Responsibilities - Client Support (included but are not limited to):
Grow to be the primary point of contact for daily client needs
Manage day-to-day communication, answer questions and solve issues while coordinating work with the Operations team
Set expectations with our clients as to what is operationally possible and actively work to retain them
Gather quantitative and qualitative insights that can drive product improvements
Assist the team on research about a variety of key topics

Responsibilities - Operations (included but are not limited to):
Ensure all frontline services are performed smoothly
Schedule and monitor jobs with our suppliers
Supervise quality of our service
Troubleshoot issues and solve challenges
Manage staff on the field

Please note this is an unpaid internship. However, we will:
Cover the monthly transportation cost

Offer you a full-time position according to your performance if there are suitable roles

Desired profile

Requirements
Excellent written and spoken communication skills (2nd languages a plus)
Relevant internships/experience a plus
Quick learner with strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Google G Suite
Pro-active team player able to work individually and as part of a team
