Job description
about the role
Responsible for performing all configuration changes / Technical support on CE / PE routers / Managed LAN devices like switches / WLC’s / AP’s / Riverbed Steelhead for Orange Business services premium customers
Perform Feasibility study and Risk analysis of technical design to reduce vulnerability and risk to the customer service.
Ensure that the Customer-requested change will not affect the integrity of the whole VPN
Validate and prepare all IP configuration and fallback of VPN solutions.
Ensure that the CMDB is properly updated to reflect the changes applied
Perform acceptance testing of VPN Implementation.
Perform changes On time and right first time.
Maintaining technical documents and network diagrams.
Conducting bi-annual Customer VPN audit and failover Tests.
Attend customer meetings to represent high technical expertise and support
Provides business-hours support to the level 3 support team for escalated incidents.
Ensure Timely and clear communication.

about you
Area of expertise - MPLS, IPVPN ( CISCO technologies), Juniper, Network Boost.
Experience and able to configure the following platforms on Cisco Platforms like ISR G2 and ASR routers.
Experience on Cisco Switches family knowledge: Cat2900 series, Cat3550/3650 series, Cat3750, Cat4500, Cat6500 series, Nexus switches, HP switches.
Knowledge on following: TCP/IP, Frame Relay,ATM, MEA ,IEL , routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, BGP4, RIPV2, MPLS, ,MPLS VPN,VoIP, Swiching ,DSL ,IPSEC / GRE Tunneling.
additional information
B.E in electronics and telecommunication or any other engineering degree.
Cisco Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIP), CCIE (Written) preferred.
Able to speak English and preferable to Mandarin and Cantonese
department
