Job description

Your role in your entity:
As a Voice Trading Manager for Orange, you will be in charge of the elaboration of the strategy of your countries (ten or so) and the achievement of the performance objectives. You will work daily in collaboration with the salespersons distributed all over the world (Americas, Europe, Asia, Middle East).
Your tasks:
Your role is to dispatch the international voice traffic to the destinations of your portfolio. You know the conditions, the market prices of your countries and closely follow their variations, so that you can anticipate them. You elaborate each half year a strategy to be implemented (purchase, sales and prices policy, positioning in terms of quality and numbering plan) and operate it on a daily basis : change in providers, price evolution management, volumes management and implementation of commercial routing on your countries. As a Voice Trading Manager you will keep an eye on the contract obligations with each client through the traffic volumes monitoring and guarantee the quality of service of the calls to your countries.
Profile/requirements:
- Ability to manage a revenue of several dozens of millions of euros annually
- Experience of trading, using the associated instruments : options, stocks, exchange rate
- Dexterity with figures (Excel mastering) and a good economic culture, you are also rigorous and organized
- Experience in developing business opportunities
- Fluency in both English and French (proficiency in speaking and writing)
