about the role
Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Support Administrator is directly contributing to the commercial and financial achievement of the Data Global Carrier Sales (GCS) team. It is a customer driven, business critical role, with primary responsibility for supporting the Data sales in Europe:
Tasks
Contractual Management of existing services. Control of inventories, contractual documents and data bases.
Deal with Legal/Marketing/Financial departments to establish contracts and to follow-up on contracts validation and signature process (EZ report and Contrat’tech).
Cooperate with Accounts Payable in those cases when support is requested.
Ensure our CRM (Diamond) is updated on the Data portfolio with the required information (feasibility study, meeting minutes).
Light Back Up of sales managers.
about you
Educated to degree level in commerce, economics, international business or telecoms
Skills - must have:
experience working in close collaboration with sales teams
proven analytical skills
good Telecoms and/or IT industry knowledge
fluent in French (written and spoken) is not essential but valued.
must be very competent with Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint and highly numerical with a knack for spotting trends, outliers and oddities
Must be a good communicator in verbal and written English, a fast-learner and be able to pick up new skills quickly, a team player, autonomous, rigorous and thorough with an aptitude for problem-solving.
