Job description

about the role

1)Be a key team member in projects, working with   Project Managers to ensure that projects are on time,  , and in agreement with
2)Implement/Migrate different security solutions (MFW, UTM, Cache Management, MAV, MWS, Mobile SSL,SIEM and IDP/IPS). This includes racking, installing approved operating system, installing required software packages, installing patches & hot-fixes, configuring the solution & shipping to customer site.
3)  Make independent decisions and take action regarding on the spot operational corrections within standardized practices and procedures
Work with diverse teams and cultures to achieve organizational goals
eetings with customers and  formal presentation of a technical solution to customers

about you

1)Experience in delivering training workshops on security awareness topics is an advantage
2)Good communication and presentation skills
3)Effective communication at all levels and to diverse client groups - both technical and non-technical

Technical Skills
• Proxy:- IronPort (S160,360,670) /Blue Coat Proxy (SG-400,500,600,800,900, 9000 )
• Firewalls:- Checkpoint advanced Firewall solution design - implementation and administration. Check Point Security Gateway on Nokia/SPLAT/Gaia, Checkpoint UTM (2073,3073, 3075) Secure Platform and VSX platform, Checkpoint NG. Juniper Netscreen, Juniper SSG (140, 520, 550) and SRX (100, 210, 240) .
• IDP:- Juniper IDS (200, 250, 800, 1000, 2000) & McAfee IPS
• Load Balancers:- F5 (1600,3600,3900,6400)
• Event Management:- HP Arc Sight SIEM Express & Logger (7200)
• UTM:- Fortinet (80,110,300, 1000)

additional information

 1)Develop and maintain process & procedure documentation, create handoff documentation to support staff
 2)Coordinate the implementation of 3rd party vendor requirements as needed
 3)Perform acceptance tests with the customers.
