about the role

Responsible of the entry of the order into alltechnical ordering and provisioning systems (SESAM, OPAS, FILEADE, LOIS)

Is responsible to break down the service deliverables to Technical Ordering System Deliverables, and reporting of the ordering references

Accountable for the right-on-time and right-first-time error-free for Vanilla and final/full configuration for new implementations (DSL & Non-DSL) of designated VPN for Standard Customers, and SITA customers

Perform meshing function for new addition orders

Perform router configuration, activation and acceptance testing for New implementations (Organic growth) with Field Engineers and Customers

Validate the detailed technical design of complex VPN changes

Specify with the customer and internal requestor the acceptance testing procedures for complex VPN changes

Document the VPN design and make it available to the operational entities in case needed

Provide expert support to Pre-sales and Project Managers on VPN change Management requests on case-by-case basis

Meet the targets set by the management with regards to: customer satisfaction, right on time, first time success rate & productivity

about you

Skills / Qualifications:

Excellent Knowledge of networking technologies at layer 2 and layer 3 of the OSI Model (Frame Relay, ATM , DSL, ISDN, Metro Ethernet, etc..)

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Good time management, and organizational skills

Good negotiation skills

Customer Oriented Attitude

Ability to work under pressure and multitasking

Proactive and self-motivated

Good analytical and problem solving skill

Team Spirit

Ability to work on out of business hours, based on customer requests

Fluent in both spoken and written English

Educational background:

Degree in telecommunication and/or computer sciences engineering field

Cisco CCNA and CCNP/CCIP certificates are mandatory

Professional Experience:

3-5 years’ experience in telecommunications field

3 years’ experience in a networking operational environment

Manage the cycle of the technical order and local validation order creation, resulting in a successful building of a provisioning order

To be responsible to do all necessary technical tests at time of connections installation while providing technical support for Field Service engineers

To provide on time and error-free implementation of IP Virtual Private Network (VPN) routers and change Management requests during implementations, including the design, validation, configuration, planning and end-to-end testing to achieve outstanding customer experience
