about the role

The TDT specialist role is to do feasibility study of customers’ site and propose the service available.  It also involves working in close collaboration with Business Managers to quote the best price for the service required by our customer.  The TDT shall also be able to handle issues/escalations making use of appropriate project management, analytical & technical skills.

 

Main responsibilities:

 

The TDT is responsible for:

Verify eligibility of customer’s site and propose the different technologies such DSL, Metro Ethernet, that can be implemented

Advising customer on the equipments (chassis, cards, cables) required for implementing the required service

liaise with the Business Manager to provide quote (using order form) to customer

about you

University Degree / Diploma preferably in Computer Science/ Electronics / Telecommunications

1 – 2 years of experience in the local telecommunication / Network sector

Project Management skills – ability to provide quote within deadlines

Sound and deep understanding of telecommunications protocols and technologies:

OSI , IP fundamentals (IPv4), Ethernet, DSL, PSTN,ISDN, Leased Line
