Incident Management
Key point of technical escalation in the event of a major incident
Performs regular reviews of incident reports, to identify candidates for Problem Management
Change Management
Attend the CAB regularly
Detailed planning of complex changes to the environment
Risk assessment and validation of Change tickets to be applied to the environment
 

about you

Education, qualifications, and certifications

Bachelors or high degree
Vmware VCP , UCS certification will be an added advantage
ITIL certification will be an added advantage

good experience on Windows/AD/DNS/DHCP /VMware and  UCS management

Ability to work in operational model
Ability to work on critical incidnets
Ability to handle major incidemnts and troublesooting o the same
