about the role

·  Handle phone calls and correspondences.
·  Receive and process notifications of new sites and send notifications to the area managers with the new sites to hire new guards.
·  Receive, investigate and process door alarms.
·  Enter new data.
·  Provide needed data on guard salaries for further salary processing.
·  Receive physical security requirements from field operators, refer them to technology and follow up the implementation progress.
·  Initially handle incidents for further handling.
·  Follow up the in and out process of equipment to prevent losses.
·  Activate guards to ensure availability.
·  Review the security status in Orange shops and exchanges.
·  Control site access.
·  Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports on different incidents and occurrences.
·  Monitor the fueling process on site with suppliers and site guards.
·  Report confirmed incidents to legal and insurance … etc.
·  Follow up legal cases and update incident records with the legal action taken.
·  Responds to emergency situations related to expats and staff and communicate the concerned parties for further support.
·  Follow up and update network security master keys list.
·  Manages and handles automatic fire fighting, access control, CCTV’s and ID issuance system at all Orange locations  - plus following up any related project.

about you

·  University graduate.
·  Minimum 4 year experience in a similar field.
