about the role
Order Management:
Create new and change orders and modify orders in GOLD: Pre-checks on information provided to clarify data before order creation
Issue resolution for missing/incorrect data in orders
Clarification and resolution of orders delayed within GOLD tool
Monitor and pro-actively chase orders to enable smooth flow through sales steps within GOLD
Work with internal groups/depts. to optimise order flow
Assist with creation of orders if other team members need support with backlog/high volume
Participate in the testing of GOLD tool for new developments and updates
Up to date and thorough understanding of ordering/GOLD process through order life-cycle
Order book:
Legal validation of all orders using GOLD
Manual collection & input of data necessary using OIT
Query validation and resolution - supporting local Sales Operations/Country Managers with queries so they may in turn support their sales force
Issue resolution for missing/incorrect data
Ownership of month close process including country reporting to Management
Communicate in a timely manner to solve problems, reports, pertinent information via email, reports, telephone
Pro-actively chase & manage orders pending and those in the pipeline. To maintain minimum backlog of orders not exceeding 2 months
Participate in the testing of internal tools for new developments and updates
Other Responsibilities
Train and mentor new team members regarding all aspects of the Order Management & Orderbook role
Assisting with ad-hoc projects & undertaking any tasks as per management instruction
Cover colleagues for sickness and holiday absence
Analysing data & creating reports to assigned countries and management

Must be able to work in a team environment with minimal supervision and have a proactive, mature and flexible outlook
Able to communicate effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and administration skills
Attention to detail: able to identify potential problems/issues and act upon accordingly
A logical/analytical approach
Computer literate & numerate (Confident in using Microsoft Office)

base salary from 1,100 € brutto per month, actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience
