about the role

Support the missions of the Innovation For Business team, such as:

Build a customer innovation (co-innovation) framework and promote our innovation assets and leverage them to address our customer challenges

Identify, prioritize, structure and nurture business driven innovation themes by leveraging a rich ecosystem

Orchestrate the ecosystem via transversal governance instances and animate the wider community by federating Groupe innovation by TGI, BUs and operational entities.

Work closely with the wider ecosystem to support our joint Engage 2025 ambition regarding innovation

Lead the Group “Big bets” program  within OBS while ensuring alignment to Group guidelines to reap the benefits of strategic innovation  

Manage the GTM stream of the Edge program in collaboration with WIN, targeting BU buy-in and a successful identification and deployment of customer POCs to prepare future offering

Lead our efforts in evolving our relationship with TGI, to assess the current budgeting process (among others) and propose recommendations for 2021 HLF, to get EMB buy-in and then follow-up the implementation.

 

about you

Ability to engage and partner with customer and internal staff as required.

Ability to structure, manage projects/ programs and run fruitful stakeholder management with expected results

Ability to ability to work in a virtual team environment.

Ability to identify problems and work to resolution as required.

OBS strategy and market trends understanding.

Business savy; customer-aware; project management; French as a must.

Minimum of 2-3 years related work experience in customer facing organizations within the telecom or IT industry.

Virtual team management experience.

Good level of practiced technical knowledge.

Good level of project management.

In light of OBS strategic objectives and capitalizing on the tranversal orchestration role of CMI Innovation, this role is intended to drive and/or actively contribute to key programs where innovation primes (e.g. Customer Edge in light of the announced partnership with Google or the Group “Big bets” program pushing strategic innovation). This role is also instrumental to expand the team’s reach and bridging the gap with the international community.
