about the role
Mission / Role Purpose
Reporting to the Head of IBO Europe / Business Operations and working in synchronization with the GPO and the key stakeholders, the Professional service champion will:
· be the IBO Europe ambassador at pre-sales, leading the SDC community in the region;
· promote the professional services by bringing the value proposition to the sales and pre-sales teams and to the customers;
· help the region in growing the PS revenue and margin.
Responsibilities
· Work with channel (IB), Business Units (BUs), Service Design Center (SDC), Global Process Owners (GPOs), Strategy and other CS&O entities to understand how we can answer customers’ needs, positioning CSO capabilities for disruptive and agile solutions.
· Proactive follow up of the deals pipeline in synchronization with SDC and Complex Solutions
· Act as IBO Europe presales interface for BUs, Sales, Presales and other CS&O teams ensuring IBO Europe is properly represented during the bid process and at the decision-making stage, making sure IBO Europe can influence the proposed solutions whenever relevant.
· Be the IBO Europe reference with the Service Acceleration, collecting all the needs for the evolution of the professional services along the digital transformation journey in the region.
· Coaching the IBO Europe local teams on solution design and dealing on disruptive and agile solutions.
· Specific need on a short term basis for assignment on customer projects, acting as CS&O champion.

· All services provided by CS&O, including Project Management (PM, STM), Service Management , VPOs, COE, Helpdesks, Field Services
about you
Skill Profile
· Education, qualifications, and certifications:
· University degree in business or ICT science (or other relevant area);
· Other postgraduate or vocational qualifications in Program Management may also be an advantage.
· Experience:
· 10+ years related work experience in customer facing organizations within the telecom or IT industry;
· Excellent understanding of the professional services (project management, service management, consulting) context and nature;
· Extensive exposure to an international, multi-cultural environment, working remotely with virtual teams.
· Knowledge and abilities
· Strong methodical, logical and analytical mindset with the ability to self-retrieve and elaborate information;
· Good financial and economical awareness;
· Excellent communication skills;
· Community management, able to operate and succeed in a matrix managed context with diplomacy, tenacity and persistence;
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, managing the priorities with proactive and can-do attitude results orientated attitude.
· Language: English fluent, French (nice to have)
