Candidate Profile

·  You are curious, willing to embrace the latest expertise in video streaming in an international context, with natural interest in probing and playing with new technologies.
·  You have very strong soft skills in order to interact smoothly with the customer and ensure the transition with Viaccess-Orca employees.
·  Commercial approach to help managing established accounts along with our more experienced commercial group.

Responsibilities

As part of an international team specialized in the deployment of TVE Solutions including delivery platforms, DRM/CAS and Applications (STB, iOS, Android, Web portal, connected-TV), we are looking for a Jr. Account Manager to work and assist our senior sales staff for LATAM activities. This position is mainly based on teleworking, with regular trips to Viaccess-Orca customers in all LATAM countries, and to our premises in France and Israel.

The LATAM Account Manager ensures the following activities during the project phases:

·  Manage customer relation, capability to compromise, leverage problems, look for solutions, and establish commercial proposal to sell or upsell into the Market.
·  Organization of weekly follow-up with LATAM customers for commercial intentions.
·  Coordination with French and Israeli Pre-sales Managers to ensure smooth communication of planning and accurate proposals
·  Managing the proposal to look professional and complete keeping the higher standards and esthateic from our branding.
·  Manage customer satisfaction and expectations after sales.
·  Gather, clarify and take control new customer requirements via a sales approach.
·  Handover project to Customer delivery teams upon sales closure.

about you

·  Good positioning and high follow-up capabilities with new and existing customers.
·  Good knowledge on Digital TV ecosystem: Video servers (IPTV & OTT), Video streaming protocols/formats, Video DRM (Widevine, PlayReady, Fairplay), end-user applications in order to make more effective the sales cycle.
·  Strong leadership.
·  Full autonomy .
·  Very rigorous with strong analysis interaction with different levels inside our customer organization.
·  Excellent representative and communication skills, self-driven and customer oriented
·  Fluent English and Spanish speaking
