about the role
Cisco Prime Infrastructure 2.x/3.x, Cisco Routing & Switching, Cisco Wireless experience & hands-on experience is must.
Candidates should able to perform following activities smartly:
Knowledge of Network Management, NMS software applications, and NMS applications platforms.
The focus is on such Cisco NMS applications as Prime Infrastructure 2.x, Prime LMS 4.x, Mobility Services Engine
Experience with Network Management Architecture, Wireless, and/or routing – switching technologies
Analyze, use and configure network management applications for medium to critical complexity networks
Manage workload and other assignments efficiently while being able to resolve time-critical situations reliable and professionally
Provide systems product training and mentoring to other’s and assist in problem resolution where required
Escalate systems and problems to appropriate internal resources and resolve on a timely basis
Accurately and completely document problems and solutions on case notes and bug reports
about you
Strong SNMP Skills & Cisco Prime Infrastructure skills
Knowledge of TCP/IP v4, Cisco Routers, Cisco switches, AAA, Radius is desired
A good understanding of WiFI technology
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Ability to determine problems and deliver known solutions
Ability to work effectively with and provide guidance to other members of the work group
Knowledge of Cisco network management products from a broad perspective with a deep understanding of one or more specific network management products such as
Cisco Prime Infrastructure , LMS, NAM, Cisco Mobility Services Engine
