Job description
about the role
To be the interface between China NS&IS team, customer and other internal & external team
Provide proactive and reactive support for NS&IS Customer;
Provide Level 2 support to NS&IS customer with available tools and systems;
Being the interface with Vendor/manufacture as the L3 support.
Being the process owner and solution owner for Internal&external team
Provide technical support to the customer in order to meet contractual and performance objectives;
Take Change ownership in daily operation
On call required.
about you
Engineering degree and at least 3 years relevant experience;
Experience in the following: Network LAN/WAN topologies and protocols; CISCO Technologies; MPLS IPVPN technologies; CCIE is preferred.
Experience in IPT/Voice area, CISCO is mandatory, Avaly and ALU is plus .
Experience in Security area.
Experience in Riverbed, Bluecoat and F5 is plus;
Candidates are required demonstrate outstanding communication & inter-personal skills and be able to work well in a team environment;
Excellent listening, questioning and analytical skills along with the ability to remain calm under pressure & work in a concise, clear focused manner are necessary;
Knowledge for Data center and Cloud Computing principle.
Excellent coordination skill;
English and Mandarin speaking are mandatory;
