Event Management ; Proactive detection of Customer faults by monitoring customer equipments
Perform customer statusing and conduct prelimary checks

about you

Diploma Holder in IT, Electronic, Telecommunications or related field
2 years working experience in IT or Telecom desirable
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good time management, and organizational skills
Good negotiation skills
Customer Oriented Attitude
Ability to work under pressure and multitasking.
Proactive and self-motivated
Good analytical and problem solving skill
Team Spirit
Ability to work on a 24 X 7 roster
